Interversar is a graduate-student run journal housed in the Caribbean and Latin American Studies Center at the University of California, Irvine. Submissions to the journal are reviewed by faculty at various universities. Interversar aims to generate transdisciplinary and international dialogue between individuals from different sociocultural registers and from various academic and non-academic sectors. With this aim in mind, Interversar welcomes critical work, original research and creative pieces by students, professors and individuals working outside of academia in Latin American, Peninsular, and Brazilian Literature, Cultural Studies, Visual Studies, Social Sciences, Critical Theory, and other related fields.
