Dr. Doten-Snitker is a political sociologist whose interests span the sociology of race and ethnicity, comparative-historical sociology and methods, and the sociology of religion. Her research investigates how social boundaries intertwine with political development and institutional change to facilitate opportunities for exclusion and violence.
