Mapping Maternities: The Politics of Gender and Refuge 

This panel features two scholars of Refugee Studies and Women's history, Dr. Jessica Wicks Allen of Arizona State University and Dr. Jennifer Morgannam of UC Santa Cruz. Both will be presenting on their work on Black women refugees during the US Civil War and Palestinian women refugees and activists respectively.
