This certificate recognizes expertise in histories of inequality, including systems of oppression (based on race, class, gender, sexuality, ability, religion, etc.), alongside and in dialogue with struggles for justice, equality, and liberation. This certificate program prepares students for graduate study and/or careers in all fields, including education, journalism, law, and public policy.
Students must complete four courses from the following list and maintain a minimum combined GPA of 3.0. Each course may only be counted towards one certificate, and no substitutions are allowed.
