The Art History Department is delighted to welcome Tyrus Miller as the new Dean of the School of Humanities effective July 1, 2018. Dean Miller will also be a member of the faculty of Art History (50% in Art History and 50% in English). His influential scholarship includes numerous significant articles and books on the history and theory of the avant-garde and modernism.
