I have been a lecturer at UCI since 2021. I received my BA in English at UCI (zot! zot!) and my PhD at UCLA. My graduate research focused on medieval literature, but I enjoy teaching all kinds of topics! In the past, I've taught classes on medieval romance, fairy tales, medieval wonder literature, and women's speculative fiction. My personal interests include writing, drawing, and basically every kind of arts and crafts. As a composition instructor, I focus on helping people develop and practice the skills they need to become more confident and versatile writers.
