Daniela is a Lecturer at UC Irvine in the Composition Department. She earned an MFA in Creative Writing there, focusing on Fiction. She has been teaching for 7 years now, beginning with 6th graders in Massachusetts and most recently at Loyola Marymount University. She is finishing her first collection of short stories and at work on a novel. In WR 60 this year, she will be teaching themes such as: The Institution of Education and Medical Humanities
