Musical Map of China

Over the past 19 years, Ye Yunchuan travelled all over China, meeting with local musicians and recording both well-known and lesser-known or endangered traditional music. His group has so far collected 1,056 pieces of music played on more than 200 kinds of musical instruments.  Mr. Ye will introduce his project and present video clips.  Q&A will follow the presentation.
