I am a PhD candidate in the English department writing about labour, landscape, and legality in early modern poetry and drama. I believe writing is as much about changing your own mind as it is about changing anyone else's, and as a composition instructor I enjoy working alongside students to see the world differently through the texts, societal issues, and genres we approach together as a class.
