This paper argues fora double reassessment of plurality: from the experience of aporia, and from displacing the European universal with the decolonial episteme that ties plurality to the experience of aporia - thereby making possible the creation of world in which many worlds can co-exist, thereby reflecting a heterogenous pluriversal rather than a homogenous universal.

The workshop is open to the entire UCI community, and he would be especially delighted to meet and interact with Anthropology faculty and students. Coffee and snacks will be provided.
