As a major, second major, or minor, the Religious Studies program emphasizes the critical examination of global religious philosophies/practices and big ideas across time. Our program stresses active engagement with complexity, experiments in ethical action, clear written expression, and when possible, direct encounters with communities and individuals as an invaluable part of cross-cultural fluency.
