The procedure that I got to watch was a vein banding on an AV Fistula. One of my CI's ran the buttons on the ultrasound machine while the surgeon controlled the probe.

Congratulations to the 39 new Medical Laboratory Scientists who graduated on Saturday from our joint program with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). Medical laboratory scientists are the individuals that perform some of the crucial testing currently happening for the diagnosis of coronavirus.
