The 2025 New Books in Korean Studies, Colloquium will be held in UCI in late May. Six scholars will discuss their recently published books in conversation with UCI graduate students, who will serve as respondents. This all-day colloquium will feature Joseph Jonghyun Jeon, Se-Mi Oh, Joseph Seeley, Chuyun Oh, Yuri Doolan, and Mirinae Lee.
