Spark new knowledge: providing our faculty and graduate students with financial resources, staffing support, and grant-writing consultation as they pursue human-centered responses to the grand challenges of our time.

Foster vibrant intellectual communities: fostering the ethos of interdisciplinary collaboration by sponsoring learning communities, public events, conferences and research centers.

Inspire conversations that matter: driven by the combined creative power of our faculty and students, internationally renowned visiting fellows, and members of the public passionately learning about and debating ideas that matter.
