Please join the editorial board of Atántica y Pacífica for a conversation with Dr. Jeff Wasserstrom, Chancellor’s Professor of History at UC Irvine, where he also holds courtesy affiliations in Law and Literary Journalism, to discuss how to write for a public-facing and public humanities journal. Building on Dr. Wasserstrom’s extensive experience writing commentaries and reviews for magazines, literary reviews, and newspapers, join us for an explanation of how academic and non-academic publications, presses and journals work with writers, generate digital content, conduct blind and non-blind reviews as well as a breakdown of how editorial boards function including the editing process in public humanities publications.
