Bio:
Éllen Cintra is a passionate teacher who has been working in public schools and as a teacher trainer in ethnic-racial relations for about twenty years. She holds an MA in Education and is currently a PhD student in Education at the University of Brasília (Brazil). She was a Fulbright visiting researcher at the UC Riverside (2021-2022) and currently investigates antiblackness in education, experiences, practices and narratives of Black teachers and fugitive practices, schools and pedagogies in Brazil and the US.
