The UCI School of Humanities invites undergraduates to share their academic research and creative work at the inaugural School of Humanities Undergraduate Student Research Poster Showcase taking place Friday, May 29, 2026!
We welcome all current Humanities undergraduate students who have participated in UCI faculty-mentored research during their time in Humanities at UCI to apply to showcase their research through an engaging verbal pitch complemented by a poster.
To apply: Submit the registration form as well as a brief personal statement, a brief abstract, and a faculty endorsement by May 3, 2026.
Note that in order to participate, the selected presenters will be required to prepare:
- a physical poster summarizing their research;
- a 3-minute verbal presentation (pitch) about their work;
- responses for potential questions from attendees
